I suggest runnig a filter for that committee then exporting the results to an excel spreadsheet which you can then import into outlook. The quickest way to run a filter for a committe is to click the "Select" button while viewing the committee mangement form.

I suspect you are including one or more attachments with the email and the error is indicating it cannot find the file(s) to attach. Make sure the full and correct file name is in the attachement text box - or it is blank if there are not attachements.
